• Examined the Red Cross Restoring Family Link (RFL) program and identified key areas for improvement

• Used human-centred design to develop program enhancement strategies for the RFL; developed minimal viable versions of proposed program approaches and received satisfactory feedback from the client

• Discovered and proposed new youth engagement strategies for the American Red Cross; developed the strategies into policy briefs and implementations guidelines that have been adopted by the Red Cross across the United States

• Conducted 15 customer discovery interviews and analyzed data collected to understand the trend in the challenges faced by TAG’s target audience.

• Led the TAG’s team in creating a theory of change, a preliminary strategic plan and setting program priorities.

• Examined TAG’s existing and future program ideas to identify the most sustainable and efficient revenue source using program contribution analysis.

• Developed a preliminary business model for TAG and received positive feedback from TAG’s Board and Executives

 Supervised and provided strategic directions to 8 staff and 200 volunteers working across 50 communities in delivering high-impact leadership and social entrepreneurship training programs to over 12000 youths

• Carried out independent research and policy analysis on dynamics of youth development and engagement in 6 states in Nigeria; data gathered was used to design interventions for over 1000 youths

• Created programs to bridge educational and opportunity gaps experienced by 5500 disadvantaged students; recorded 50% success evidenced by exceptional academic and career achievements by participants

• Designed a grant writing and fund-raising training program for 100 non-profit executives across Nigeria

• Effected 12% improvement of academic performance in 20 public secondary schools across Ibadan through a participant action research-based intervention
